2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
• We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Product availability is subject to change and items may sell out without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Canada. Free GTA (Greater Toronto Area) delivery is available on orders over $150 CAD.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact form with your order details.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Sale items and bulk orders may have different return policies. Please inquire before purchasing.
